Well it's about time----week 7

It happened! It actually, finally happened! I'm out in the field being a real missionary! To recap- I spent 6 weeks back in april/may doing my missionary  training online, then I had to wait for two and a half months before i could come out here, to my reassignment in beautiful Colorado. I'm in this itty bitty town called Cedaredge and there ain't much out here but lots of corn and cows and deer. So ofcourse I absolutely love it.
STORYTIME at my first member dinner they bring out this AWESOME looking pink lemonade and i was so excited to drink it and as I go to drink it a fly flies into my face so I flinched and the lemonade goes EVERYWHERE. My companion was DYING laughing and I'm just trying to clean it up and of course the members made fun of me for the rest of the dinner.
BONUS STORY we were going to do service at this lady's house and as I was getting out of the truck I slammed my finger in the door and most likely broke it. On my THIRD DAY IN THE FIELD so I really hope the rest of my mission doesn't go the way my first week has. This week felt like a century. But I absolutely love it here the people are awesome, my companion is awesome, the wasps are not so awesome.
I hope y'all are on Facebook because that's where all the missionary work is happening these days! Please please please please like and share and comment on ANY missionary's post, you don't even KNOW how much we appreciate it.
Love you all so so much and hope your week is FANTABULOUS.

Don't crush your finger in the car door.
